The time has come for us to get to work. Once all methods are agreed. The project is clear and all parties are in agreement, we begin working on data collection. This step is tailored to your needs and goals and can include anything from in-depth interviews, focus groups, online surveys and thorough desk research, among other methods.

When documenting our findings we continue to encourage a participatory approach. We welcome client involvement in data analysis, interpretation and reporting. Some clients are eager to join us in this stage and others would prefer to wait until the final report is created. It's up to you.
