Now it’s time to design your research. At Connect Research, this step is a truly collaborative one, that values your goals, insight and any questions you may have. We find that partnership working with our clients helps us to identify the most effective methods to meet their goals.
We have decades of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and when a project requires a more nuanced approach, we combine these methods enabling robust research that goes beyond the numbers and provides a deeper insight into patient and carer experience.
As we move forward, we seek input from your stakeholders, as agreed by you, and together, we design a project that will produce impactful outputs.
The time has come for us to get to work, and we begin data collection. This step is tailored to your goals and can include in-depth interviews, focus groups, online surveys and thorough desk research, among other methods. Every project is designed in line with what you want to achieve, using the most appropriate data collection methods to answer your research questions.
When documenting our findings, we continue to encourage a participatory approach. We welcome client involvement in data analysis, interpretation and reporting. Some clients are eager to join us in this stage and others would prefer to wait until the final report is created. Both options work for us, and we’re happy to work alongside you in the way that best reflects your needs. We will present your research findings in a clear, useful and honest style, tailored to your target audience.
